Here's how they're different:
-
TOW: Typically a stock fuel injection duration map unless you have larger than stock injectors than this setting will be less injection duration than stock at wide open throttle. This is meant to be your clean/crispy everyday tune that you can hook up to a trailer with confidence and enjoy responsibly. Typically a 30-50hp gain on a completely stock truck.
- STREET: A perfect blend in between the Tow and Lemons settings, this is what we'd suggest you daily the truck on with no trailer, a nice addition of power without maxing everything out.
- LEMONS: We call it Lemons because Lemonade and this tune are made the same way, by squeezing out every drop there is! This is your maximum effort tune, set up for your fuel system to deliver the maximum it possibly can while still barely maintaining rail pressure. Things could get hot & dirty on this one but if maximum power to the back tire is what you're after, this is the one, stock transmission/clutches beware, this is a death sentence for them! Most stock trucks will make at least 500rwhp on this one, we've seen as high as 525rwhp which is roughly 16-180hp gain over stock!
An HPTuners MPVI with at least 2 universal credits as well as a windows based computer with an updated version of the HPTuners VCM Suite installed.
