All New! Fleece Performance stainless steel exhaust manifold stud kit for Cummins. Our exhaust manifold studs are produced in the USA from aged 630 stainless steel and feature a 4mm internal hex head for easy installation. Impervious to rust and corrosion, these studs not only look good, but allow for higher clamping force and simplified manifold installation.

Choose from the Menu if you would like 7mm or 6mm External Hex OR 4mm Allen Attachment! All the different style studs will work for the below applications, this is referring to the type of tool needed to attach to cylinder head.

Cummins 5.9L 24V (1998.5 - 2002)
Cummins 5.9L 24V (2003 - 2007) - Requires removal of Factory Heat Shield
Cummins 6.7L 24V (2007.5 - 2018)
** Hot re-torque recommended. Check the torque of each manifold stud nut after the first heat cycle.
