S&S Diesel Motorsport injectors for the 2011–2016 LML Duramax, available as individual injectors or complete sets of 8. The LML platform uses piezoelectric injectors — a fundamentally different technology from the solenoid injectors used in earlier Duramax generations — and S&S has engineered a full lineup specifically for this platform from TorqueMaster stock replacement through 300% over stock.

What separates S&S LML injectors from everything else on the market is the level of precision engineering behind every set. S&S uses a proprietary nozzle honing process for clean and consistent holes, with nozzles flow-matched to 1% variance per set using OE standards — Viscor SAE-J967 fluid, 40°C, 100 bar. Complete injectors are flow-matched to 3% variance per set at four different pressure and energizing points per injector, with injection profiles (rate shapes) aligned across the set. Injector build spec is custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for each size — and critically for the LML platform, every injector includes internal piezo modifications (piezo mod) to properly match the injector body to the nozzle flow rate. This internal modification is what makes a properly calibrated high-output LML injector possible and is not offered by most competing injector suppliers.

Note: No reman option is available on the LML platform. All LML injectors are new only. This is inherent to the piezo injector design and is consistent across the industry.

All variants are new only — no reman available on the LML piezo platform. Each size available as a single injector or complete set of 8. Note: the LML Duramax uses 8 injectors — order a quantity of 8 singles or select the SET variant for a complete engine set.

Larger flow rates require a CP3 conversion (the LML uses a CP4.2 from the factory — a CP3 conversion is strongly recommended for any performance build), lift pump upgrades, turbocharger or compound setup upgrades, and custom tuning calibrated specifically for your injector size. Oversizing injectors without proper supporting components results in poor drivability and excessive smoke. When properly matched these injectors deliver clean, controlled power.
