S&S Diesel Motorsport injectors for the 2006–2007 LBZ Duramax, available as individual injectors or complete sets of 8. Built to a precision standard that goes far beyond standard aftermarket injectors — from TorqueMaster stock replacement through 500% over for full competition builds.

What separates S&S LBZ injectors from everything else on the market is the level of precision engineering behind every set. S&S uses a proprietary nozzle honing process for clean and consistent holes, with nozzles flow-matched to 1% variance per set using OE standards — Viscor SAE-J967 fluid, 40°C, 100 bar. Complete injectors are flow-matched to 3% variance per set at four different pressure and energizing points per injector, with injection profiles (rate shapes) aligned across the set. Injector build spec is custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for each individual size. At 250% over (3200 cc/min) and above, internal body modifications are included to compensate for the increased nozzle flow that slows open and closing times — improving the injection rate shape at extreme output levels.

Both brand new and Bosch remanufactured bodies are available. S&S uses reman bodies direct from Bosch — not Bosch-certified remans — for quality control purposes. This distinction matters and is why S&S reman injectors carry the same 2-year warranty as new.

All new and reman options available across the full lineup. Each size available as a single injector or complete set of 8. Note: the LBZ Duramax uses 8 injectors — order a quantity of 8 singles or select the SET variant for a complete engine set.

Larger flow rates require an upgraded or modified CP3, dual CP3 system, lift pump upgrades, turbocharger or compound setup upgrades, and custom tuning calibrated specifically for your injector size. Oversizing injectors without proper supporting components results in poor drivability and excessive smoke. When properly matched these injectors deliver clean, controlled power.
