S&S Diesel Motorsport injectors for the 2017–2024 L5P Duramax, available as individual injectors or complete sets of 8. The L5P is one of the most capable factory diesel platforms ever built — and these injectors are engineered to unlock its full potential with the same precision manufacturing standards that define every S&S injector product.

What separates S&S L5P injectors from everything else on the market is the level of precision engineering behind every set. S&S uses a proprietary nozzle honing process for clean and consistent holes, with nozzles flow-matched to 1% variance per set using OE standards — Viscor SAE-J967 fluid, 40°C, 100 bar. Complete injectors are flow-matched to 3% variance per set at four different pressure and energizing points per injector, with injection profiles (rate shapes) aligned across the set. Injector build spec is custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for each individual size.

Standard sizing ranges from 50% through 200% over stock, covering the full range of street performance and competition builds currently supported on the L5P platform. Custom sizes beyond 200% over are available on inquiry — contact us at info@hardwayperformance.com for pricing and availability.

Available flow rates and their intended applications:

50% Over (L5P-050-SAC / L5P-050-SAC-SET) — Strong performance upgrade for trucks with turbo and supporting fuel system modifications. The entry-level performance option for the L5P platform.
100% Over (L5P-100-SAC / L5P-100-SAC-SET) — Serious performance builds with significant supporting modifications including upgraded fuel system and custom tuning.
150% Over (L5P-150-SAC / L5P-150-SAC-SET) — Competition-level fueling for highly modified L5P engines with full supporting build.
200% Over (L5P-200-SAC / L5P-200-SAC-SET) — Maximum standard size. Extreme fueling for purpose-built race and competition applications. Contact us for custom sizes beyond 200%.

All variants are new — each size available as a single injector or complete set of 8. Note: the L5P Duramax uses 8 injectors — order a quantity of 8 singles or select the SET variant for a complete engine set.

Larger flow rates require upgraded fuel system components including high pressure pump upgrades, lift pump upgrades, turbocharger or compound setup upgrades, and custom tuning calibrated specifically for your injector size. Oversizing injectors without proper supporting components results in poor drivability and excessive smoke. When properly matched these injectors deliver clean, controlled power.
