S&S Diesel Motorsport injectors specifically engineered for the 2020–2022 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke, available as individual injectors or complete sets of 8. The 2020–2022 model years use a revised injector design that is not interchangeable with the 2011–2019 6.7L Powerstroke injectors — if your truck is a 2020, 2021, or 2022 model year, this is the correct listing. The 6.7L Power Stroke uses piezoelectric injectors and S&S has engineered this lineup specifically for the 2020–2022 platform with internal piezo modifications included in every build spec. What separates S&S injectors from everything else on the market is the level of precision engineering behind every set. S&S uses a proprietary nozzle honing process for clean and consistent holes, with nozzles flow-matched to 1% variance per set using OE standards — Viscor SAE-J967 fluid, 40°C, 100 bar. Complete injectors are flow-matched to 3% variance per set at four different pressure and energizing points per injector, with injection profiles (rate shapes) aligned across the set. Injector build spec is custom-matched to the nozzle flow rate for each size and includes internal piezo modifications to properly match the injector body to the nozzle flow rate.

Available flow rates and their intended applications:

TorqueMaster Stock (6.7F20-10SAC / 6.7F20-10SAC-SET) — S&S stock replacement engineered for maximum low-end torque, drivability, and reliability. The precision stock option for daily drivers and towing applications that want improved consistency and longevity over a worn factory set.
50% Over (6.7F20-50SAC / 6.7F20-50SAC-SET) — Performance upgrade for trucks with airflow and supporting fuel system modifications.
100% Over (6.7F20-100SAC / 6.7F20-100SAC-SET) — Serious performance builds with significant supporting modifications including upgraded fuel system and custom tuning.
150% Over (6.7F20-150SAC / 6.7F20-150SAC-SET) — Competition-level fueling for highly modified 2020–2022 6.7L engines.
200% Over (6.7F20-200SAC / 6.7F20-200SAC-SET) — Maximum standard size. Extreme fueling for purpose-built race and competition applications.

All variants are new — each size available as a single injector or complete set of 8. Note: the 6.7L Power Stroke uses 8 injectors — order a quantity of 8 singles or select the SET variant for a complete engine set.

Larger flow rates require high pressure pump upgrades, lift pump upgrades, turbocharger upgrades, and custom tuning calibrated specifically for your injector size. Oversizing injectors without proper supporting components results in poor drivability and excessive smoke. When properly matched these injectors deliver clean, controlled power.
