Every wire is pre-crimped to PMU terminals using Mil-Spec M22759/32 Tefzel wire — the aerospace and motorsport standard for heat resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and long-term reliability in the most demanding environments. If you are building a serious motorsport electrical system around an ECUMaster PMU, this is the harness to start with.
Tefzel wire (M22759/32) is a fluoropolymer-insulated wire used in aerospace, military, and high-end motorsport applications where standard automotive wire is not adequate. It offers outstanding resistance to heat, fluids, abrasion, and chemicals while maintaining excellent flexibility and electrical characteristics — the same material used in Baldwin's Motorsport tier harnesses.
