All new Fleece Performance stainless steel exhaust manifold stud kit for Cummins — produced in the USA from aged 630 stainless steel with a choice of attachment style for easy installation. Impervious to rust and corrosion, these studs deliver higher clamping force than OEM hardware and simplify manifold installation with included 12-point nuts and washers.

Available in three attachment styles — all studs are identical in function and fitment, the choice refers only to the tool required for installation into the cylinder head:

4mm Allen Socket Head (FPE-34772) — Installed using a 4mm internal hex/Allen key. Clean and low-profile for tight clearance installs.

7mm External Hex Head (FPE-34771) — Installed using a standard 7mm wrench or socket. Traditional hex head for straightforward installation.

6mm External Hex Head — Installed using a standard 6mm wrench or socket. Alternative external hex option.

Features: Higher clamping force than OEM, aged 630 stainless steel construction, 12-point nuts and washers included, rust and corrosion resistant, Made in USA.

Fitment: Cummins 5.9L 12V (1994–1998) — Aftermarket exhaust manifold only. Cummins 5.9L 24V (1998.5–2002) — Direct fit. Cummins 5.9L 24V (2003–2007) — Requires removal of factory heat shield. Cummins 6.7L 24V (2007.5–2018) — Direct fit.

Important: Hot re-torque is recommended. Check the torque of each manifold stud nut after the first heat cycle to ensure proper seating and clamping force.
