Baldwin's CM2100 Motorsport Stock Harness | Mil-Spec | Raychem DR-25 | In-Cab ECM | 6.7 Cummins
The Baldwin's Performance CM2100 Motorsport Stock Harness is the premium stock replacement harness for the 2007.5–2009 6.7 Cummins CM2100 ECM — built in-house with military-specification components and aerospace-grade wiring materials for the ultimate in cleanliness, reliability, and serviceability. This harness keeps your CM2100 in the stock wiring configuration while relocating it inside the cab for maximum protection from under-hood heat, oil, vibration, and moisture.
Where the standard Baldwin's harnesses use TXL automotive wire, the Motorsport harness steps up to Raychem DR-25 and Tefzel wire — the gold standard in aerospace and motorsport wiring. Raychem DR-25 is a dual-wall heat shrinkable sleeving system used in military and aerospace applications, chosen for its outstanding resistance to heat, abrasion, chemicals, and solvents, along with excellent electrical characteristics, flexibility, and ease of installation. Tefzel wire is a fluoropolymer-insulated wire used in the most demanding motorsport and aerospace environments where standard automotive wire simply is not enough.
Mil-Spec bulkheads provide the clean sealed connection point between the engine bay and the in-cab ECM location. Service loops and strain relief are built into the harness at every critical point for long-term reliability and easy serviceability. The result is an exceptionally clean engine bay with a stock wiring configuration that is built to the same standard as vehicles that compete at the highest levels of motorsport.
This is the stock configuration — all factory systems remain intact. For the standalone version of this harness see the CM2100 Motorsport Standalone Harness.
